Job Description

Claritus Consulting is a leading staffing and recruitment firm specializing in delivering high-quality talent solutions across various industries. We focus on efficient hiring, client satisfaction, and providing the right talent for the right roles.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across different sectors.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, evaluate candidate suitability, and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Manage offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding.
Maintain daily MIS, trackers, and update recruitment status.
Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver profiles within timelines.

Key Skills Required:

Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle.

Qualifications:

Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
