Job Description

Objectives of this Role

  • Contribute to the overall hiring strategy ensuring diverse, high-quality talent across the organization
    Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche and leadership-level roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical and business needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring both immediate and long-term hiring success
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through all stages of recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria for leadership and tech roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, etc.)
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and internal databases
  • Drive

    Leadership hiring

    across Engineering, Product, and Tech functions by identifying and engaging with senior talent
  • Create job descriptions that accurately capture role expectations and skill requirements
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure — ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring funnel
  • Build employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking platforms
  • Maintain candidate data and hiring analytics in Excel/ATS tools
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs, ensuring readiness for scale-up
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, emerging tech skills, and competitive compensation benchmarks

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    Technical Recruitment

    within the

    IT industry

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    Leadership Hiring

    and

    Frontend/Backend tech recruitment

  • Excellent understanding of software engineering roles, stacks, and technologies
  • Familiarity with social media, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multiple positions simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and recruitment analytics
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in IT Industry
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
