Qualifications

Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
Proficiency in Hiring strategies and Interviewing techniques
Knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to enhance the candidate experience
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
