Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Min 2 yrs of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
