IPQA Executive

We are looking for a proactive and quality-focused IPQA Executive to ensure in-process quality compliance across multiple processing plants in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting real-time inspections on production floors and ensuring FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards are followed throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires inter-plant travel , making it ideal for candidates who are flexible and eager to work across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process quality checks during critical stages: cleaning, roasting, grinding, blending, sieving, and packaging of spices. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards (FSSAI) . Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and report non-conformities. Review and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and IPQA logs at multiple sites. Coordinate with production and QA teams at different locations for effective quality control. Monitor hygiene practices of workers and cleanliness of processing lines. Validate packaging and labelling compliance (batch codes, expiry dates, seal integrity). Prepare inspection reports and share feedback with the central QA team. Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives across plants. Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Processing or related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in IPQA or QA in the spices/food/FMCG industry. Familiar with HACCP , ISO 22000 , GMP , and FSSAI regulations. Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a factory environment and open to traveling frequently across West Bengal. Ability to work independently and adapt to different plant environments.
