Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates during the interview process.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools such as Darwinbox, Naukri.com, MS Office, etc
