Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent from various sources, including social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates during the interview process.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in using various sourcing tools such as Darwinbox, Naukri.com, MS Office, etc
