Role Overview

Were looking for a smart, motivated, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team. This role will lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and help build a strong, diverse, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with Business Function leaders to understand team needs and define role requirements.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline across roles.
• Run a smooth and structured interview process that ensures a great candidate experience.
• Manage ATS and recruitment trackers with real-time updates.
• Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, career page, events, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to close multiple roles in parallel across functions.
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-driven, organized, and quick to execute.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
