Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Grade: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Kadapa, Kurnool & Kolkata

Experience: Min. 2+ years in Volume Hiring / Campus / Job Melas

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end hiring operations, including document verification and candidate screening.
Organise and conduct written tests for candidates to assess suitability.
Present detailed job roles, salary information, and benefits to selected candidates.
Negotiate salary packages with experienced candidates to ensure competitive hiring.
Maintain hiring schedules aligned with business needs and pharmacy staffing requirements.
Coordinate hiring activities across multiple locations with effective communication and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in retail / service or volume / bulk / mass hiring sectors.
Strong understanding of hiring processes, including assessments and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle candidate interactions smoothly.
Ability to manage multiple locations and large-scale recruitment drives.
