Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Leaders Access, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, you will play a key role in employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with hiring managers, executing recruitment plans, and maintaining candidate pipelines. This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to hiring - Conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively - Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs - Execute recruitment plans and maintain candidate pipelines Qualifications: - Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring - Skills in Interviewing and Recruiting - Experience in Employer Branding strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in the HR or talent acquisition industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
