Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

📍 Location: Vijaynagar, Indore

🕘 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

💼 Type: Full-Time / Internship

💰 Salary Range: ₹1.8 – ₹3.36 LPA (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for local and national-level positions (Bulk, Mid, and Senior level).

Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Handle domestic and international BPO hiring, along with non-IT and IT roles.

Conduct telephonic screening, interviews, and coordination with clients.

Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.

Support internal hiring for EMTA's own team, including HR interns and executives.

Work closely with the training & placement team to align training outcomes with hiring goals.

Create job postings, JD formats, and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

✅ Excellent command over English communication – written and verbal

✅ Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycles, and interview coordination

✅ Freshers with MBA in HR or graduates with internship experience in HR/recruitment may apply

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets/Forms, and job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed)

✅ Self-driven with a go-getter attitude and multitasking ability
