Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Lucknow. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position also requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identifying the best talent for various roles within the organization. Qualifications Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting Skills in Interviewing and Hiring Knowledge in Employer Branding strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in talent acquisition or a similar role is a plus
