Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Recruitment Manager at our company, your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through multiple recruitment channels. - Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles. - Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions. - Negotiating offers and managing candidate onboarding processes. - Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Conducting market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights. - Utilizing HR analytics to track recruitment performance and improve hiring efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers. Additionally, experience in utilizing HR analytics tools and a deep understanding of talent trends in the industry will be beneficial.
