Job Description As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Assent, you will collaborate with India Hiring Leaders to source, attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent. Your role involves identifying, sourcing, assessing, and facilitating the selection of top talent for current and future business needs. Building lasting relationships with candidates to support Assent's growth objectives is also a key aspect of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop innovative recruitment strategies to build both active and passive candidate pipelines - Establish partnerships with hiring managers globally to understand talent acquisition needs and determine optimal recruitment strategies - Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process - Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Assent's culture and values - Cultivate relationships with educational institutions and community programs - Contribute to special projects to enhance the talent acquisition function Qualifications: - 5+ years of global recruiting experience in a SaaS or Product-led organization - Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field - Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment and relationship building with a focus on candidate experience - Highly adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills, ability to manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines consistently Company Details: Assent is a leading solution for supply chain sustainability, catering to top-tier, sustainability-driven manufacturers globally.
