Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist /Client Relationship Specialist/ BDS – Business Development Specialist Location: Malakpet, HYD Shift: US Shift 7:00PM – 4:30AM IST Employment Type: Full-Time Drop facility for Female Employees. Tech/ Polytechnic) -- MUST Good Attitude Person should be staying within 6 n-7 km’ s to our office location Young and Energetic when a TAS is hired he/she will get the designation: KAE - Key Account Support Executive And after successful completion of training, depending on his/her performance they will be moved to the below designation BDS – Business Development Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist /Client Relationship Specialist to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in US Voice/Semi-Voice, strong knowledge of IT technologies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Sourcing & Screening: Use job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find top IT talent. Technical Understanding: Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial interviews, discuss job descriptions, salary negotiations, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Client Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates. ATS Management: Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with candidate records and hiring activities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure candidates comply with visa/work authorization requirements (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN Visa, EAD, etc.). Networking: Build strong relationships with IT professionals and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
