Role & responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for outsourced staffing needs (contract, project-based, permanent). Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and drive hiring strategies. Source, screen, and place top IT talent efficiently using multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, headhunt). Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and engagement for outsourced employees. Ensure quick turnaround time for high-volume hiring. Build strong talent pipelines and foster long-term relationships with candidates. Preferred candidate profile : 3-7 years of IT recruitment or staffing experience in fast-paced environments. Expertise in contract staffing, IT outsourcing, and talent deployment models. Hands-on experience hiring developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data scientists, and Gen AI Strong sourcing skills job portals, Boolean search, passive hiring, and referrals.
