As a Recruiter at Saras AI, the world's first AI-only higher studies institute, based in the United States, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. Our institute is dedicated to providing student-centric higher education exclusively in AI for both students and working professionals. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also be tasked with maintaining candidate records, supporting onboarding new hires, and managing recruitment databases. Additionally, you will contribute to recruitment operations by processing documentation, preparing recruitment communications and reports, and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be expected to address candidate queries and concerns, ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws, and provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. Your role will also involve assisting with recruitment projects and initiatives as needed, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. While a basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices is preferred, it is not required.
