As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles across counseling, sales, operations, and support functions. - Utilizing job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify suitable candidates. - Conducting initial HR screening for cultural and role fit before forwarding shortlisted candidates. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with functional teams and leadership. - Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports. - Assisting in developing employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. To excel in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in study abroad, overseas education, EdTech. - Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruitment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously. - Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
