Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute robust talent acquisition plans aligned with the companys business objectives, focusing on timely and quality hires. Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance goals, build their capabilities, and promote a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee large teams and support the setup of new spans and operations. Be well-versed with the current market and hiring trends. Maintain a strong candidate pool to meet any requirements efficiently. Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Basic understanding of Operational Metrics, People Practices (Score calculations, parameters ratings, situation handling Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process, track success rates, and continuously improve recruitment KPIs. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies.
