Odoo India is growing very quickly. To support our fast recruitment plan, we are looking for recruiters who can offer a great experience to our candidates.

You'll be in charge of the full recruitment process: sourcing, qualification, follow-up of interviews, and negotiating the offers.

The company has a new open opportunity for a passionate Talent & Recruitment Professional.
The goal is to create a strong recruitment process in order to attract the best management talent for R&D, Services and Sales divisions. She/he will be working for Indian branch located at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It will be Work from Office only.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver metrics necessary to achieve "best in class" talent acquisition

Work closely with our Business Units management to understand their business. The aim is to build a uniform recruitment process that will be used in all our business units

Research key competitors, build talent pipeline for future openings
• .
Utilise recruitment best practices and latest techniques to build a strong online presence to attract top talent
• .
Manage position postings, prioritise and close searches against timelines
• .
