Job Description

Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies
Create and publish job postings across multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages
Source candidates through a variety of methods such as networking, online databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen incoming applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Prepare job offers, handle negotiation processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire
Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain positive relationships with potential and active candidates
Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
