Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Post job requisitions and manage approvals (SF or trackers).
  • Screen and shortlist candidates; manage candidate records.
  • Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and support hiring managers.
  • Generate and issue Offer Letters.
  • Conduct background checks with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for critical or niche roles.

Preferred candidate profile

GCC Experience

  • Hands-on HRIS Expertise

    – especially SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, Recruiting).
  • Process Knowledge

    – onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, talent acquisition, data management.
  • Cultural Fit

    – strong English communication and awareness of GCC workplace practices.
  • Service Orientation

    – ability to handle high-volume HR operations within SLA standards.
