Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, handling employer branding initiatives, interviewing candidates, and supporting the overall recruiting efforts. This includes sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the ongoing staffing needs of the company.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience in HR or talent acquisition is preferred
