Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units or functions.
Analyze workforce needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

2. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights.
Train and support managers on interviewing best practices.

3. Team Leadership

Manage, coach, and develop recruiters/Talent Acquisition specialists.
Set performance targets and ensure recruitment KPIs are met.

4. Process Optimization

Enhance recruitment processes to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

5. Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, social media, events, and partnerships.

6. Candidate Experience

Oversee a consistent, positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
