Role Summary:

Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on contract-to-hire staffing.
  
• Collaborate closely with delivery leads and client stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery.
  
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for niche and volume hiring in SAP, Web Tech, and Fintech domains.
  
• Ensure timely closure of client requirements with quality profiles and strict adherence to SLAs.
  
• Mentor and train team members to build a strong sourcing and screening pipeline.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and performance reports.
  
• Drive recruiter productivity, team engagement, and monthly hiring targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding protocols.
  

Requirements:

• Experience:

  6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in contract staffing.
• Strong knowledge and experience in hiring for SAP, Web Technologies, and Fintech.
  
• Proven experience in handling client interactions and team delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Hands-on with sourcing tools – Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and social recruiting.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic team setup.
