• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Manage client hiring needs and maintain strong relationships
• Oversee and mentor the recruitment team
• Utilize job portals, social media & networking to attract talent
• Maintain recruitment metrics and performance reports

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably pharma or healthcare)
• Strong sourcing & negotiation skills
• Experience in team management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
