Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract the right talent for the organization
Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, aligning new hires with Gyansthan’s values and work culture
Support conflict resolution and act as a mediator to promote a positive and respectful work environment
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals
