Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna Job, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on multiple platforms.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Assist with pre-joining formalities and onboarding coordination.
