Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with creating job postings and promoting them on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Help with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Provide support with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
