Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview

You’ll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment cycle and HR operations in a dynamic startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Draft offer letters and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding and hiring campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn recruitment & HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and social platforms.
