Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Interns to join our growing HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Nurix, you will gain valuable experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company by helping us find and attract top talent. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.

Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introductions to the team.

Data Entry and Administration: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with other HR administrative tasks.

Project Support: Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, such as improving the recruitment process or developing onboarding materials.

Skills

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Research: Proficient in online research and using various sourcing tools.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software applications.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Prior experience in recruitment or HR
