Professional Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills:

    Essential for interacting with candidates and team members.
  • Organizational skills:

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail:

    Ensuring accuracy in data entry and communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment (may be preferred, but not always required)

    .
  • Knowledge in recruitment or willing to learn in embedded Technologies / VLSI design firms Embedded SW,HW, RF, FPGA/RTL etc. will be a huge advantage) 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed .

  • Sourcing candidates:

    Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and internal databases to find potential candidates.
  • Screening resumes:

    Reviewing applications and identifying candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Scheduling interviews:

    Coordinating interview times with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assisting with recruitment events:

    Helping to organize and participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs.
  • Maintaining recruitment data:

    Updating and organizing information in the company's applicant tracking system.
  • Providing support to the HR team:

    Assisting with various other HR tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
