- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates for manufacturing roles.
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing and social media outreach.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and ATS software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
