As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire the best talent. Your role will involve understanding job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Understand job requirements and candidate profiles for various roles. - Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms. - Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial telephonic interviews. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources (2024 or recent pass-out). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of recruitment concepts and hiring lifecycle. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
