Job Title: HR RecruiterIndustry: Real Estate Location: Noida Experience: 1–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate sales and support teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring skills, good communication, and experience in bulk and lateral hiring, especially for sales roles. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Manage bulk hiring for sales executives, channel partners, and site staff Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates Coordinate with HR team for joining formalities Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in hiring for real estate sales profiles Ability to handle bulk hiring and target-based recruitment Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc. Good follow-up and coordination skills Qualification:Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred) Salary & Benefits:As per industry standards Performance-based incentives
