Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing qualified IT professionals through various channels, conducting initial interviews, creating job postings, collaborating with hiring managers, managing job offers and salary negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified IT professionals. - Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit. - Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions for IT positions. - Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment goals. - Offer Management: Coordinate job offers and salary negotiations. - Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive recruitment experience through timely communication. Qualification Required: - 6 months to 1 year of IT recruiting experience. - Familiarity with IT roles and technical skills. - Proficiency with recruitment platforms. - Strong communication and organizational skills. Please note that the work location is in person, and the job type is full-time and permanent. The schedule is day shift, and there is a performance bonus available. Additionally, there is a benefit of cell phone reimbursement provided.
