Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal and CFD Expert with hands-on experience in Siemens tools such as STAR-CCM+, FloTHERM, FloEFD, or similar competitive solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities for our commercial and private business clients. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support (Pre-Sales): o Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical demonstrations and presentations of Siemens and competitive CFD and thermal analysis tools. o Conduct proof-of-concept projects and benchmark simulations to demonstrate software capabilities. o Assist in requirement analysis and propose tailored simulation solutions to potential clients. Technical Support (Post-Sales): o Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to clients on simulation projects involving STAR-CCM+, FloTHERM, FloEFD, or similar tools. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to thermal and fluid simulation software. o Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clients proficiency in using the software. Collaboration & Documentation: o Work closely with sales team for successful technical and commercial closure. o Prepare technical documentation, case studies, and application notes. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CFD and thermal simulation. Qualifications: Masters/Phd degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in CFD and thermal analysis, preferably using Siemens tools (STAR-CCM+, FloTHERM, FloEFD) or competitive software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL Multiphysics). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative simulation solutions. Proficiency in pre-sales and post-sales support, including conducting presentations, demos, and hands-on support. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Strong analytical and documentation abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with scripting and automation within CFD tools. Familiarity with industrial applications such as electronics cooling, HVAC, automotive, or aerospace simulations. Certification in Siemens simulation software is a plus. Prior experience working in a customer-facing technical support role
