Location: D Mall, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, New Delhi (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 5 years (International / Service-Sector Hiring Mandatory)

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related discipline, with recruitment experience preferred.

About the Role

Indoswift Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing service organization catering to clients in the UK, USA, and Australia, providing transcription, translation, and remote assistant services.

We are seeking a seasoned and self-driven Recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in service-oriented or reputed organisational environment. The role requires strong ownership of hiring outcomes, attention to quality and timelines, and alignment with the company’s global standards.

This position demands strategic thinking, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the service sector’s talent landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from understanding manpower needs to onboarding.
  • Source talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting, databases).
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and client expectations.
  • Handle international hiring processes, including remote and cross-time-zone recruitment.
  • Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions in line with company policy.
  • Maintain recruitment data and dashboards; ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Admin and HR teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience in the service sector or a reputed organisation.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related discipline, with recruitment experience preferred.
  • Sound understanding of international hiring, especially UK/US-based client roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical approach with focus on process, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Consistent employment record reflecting stability and accountability.
