Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from understanding manpower needs to onboarding. Source talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting, databases). Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and client expectations. Handle international hiring processes, including remote and cross-time-zone recruitment. Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions in line with company policy. Maintain recruitment data and dashboards; ensure timely reporting and compliance. Coordinate with Admin and HR teams for smooth onboarding and documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience in the service sector or a reputed organisation.
