Overview

Indoswift is a trusted name in transcription, translation, and remote assistance services. We're now looking for a UI/UX-focused web Designer to help us build clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging websites.

o Design with purpose – Create clean, user-friendly layouts that not only look great but also align with how users behave and what our clients need.

o Bring ideas to life – Help shape the digital look and feel of our websites, apps, and online tools through thoughtful design and strong visual identity.

o All website layouts must be tested to ensure they function smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

o Support brand growth – Use your creativity to support marketing goals and help build a strong, consistent brand presence across platforms.

o Balance beauty and brains – Your designs should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional — keeping things fast, accessible, and conversion-friendly.

o Proven design experience – You’ve got at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in web or graphic design and a portfolio that shows your range and style.

o Fluent in design tools – Whether it’s Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Sketch, you know your way around industry-standard software.

o Strong design sense – You understand the importance of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design — and you know how to use them well.

o Tech-savvy mindset – You’re comfortable with basic front-end languages like HTML and CSS, and you’ve worked with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

o Organized and reliable – You manage your time well, juggle multiple projects smoothly, and always deliver on deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

o Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools for prototyping and user testing.

o Understanding of SEO best practices for design.

o Knowledge of web accessibility standards and performance optimization.
