Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition to support our end-to-end recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in HR and gain strong hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, candidate management, and employer branding.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

• Draft job descriptions & coordinate with hiring managers

• Source talent via job portals, social media, referrals & professional networks

• Maintain candidate pipelines for current & future hiring needs

• Coordinate interviews & ensure a smooth candidate experience

• Provide timely updates and communication to candidates

• Ensure compliance with company policies & recruitment ethics

• Handle confidential candidate information professionally


Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of hiring processes

• Ability to multitask & stay organized

• Passionate about HR and talent acquisition


Mandatory Schedule

• Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
