Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive who will handle end-to-end hiring and also contribute to promoting and enrolling students for our in-house training programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong networks with candidates and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Draft and post job descriptions on hiring portals
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities
  • Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Training Program Enrollment Responsibilities:

  • Promote company training programs to students and job seekers
  • Communicate effectively with potential trainees and educate them about available courses
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into student enrollments
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutes, and students
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Support marketing activities for training sessions when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or any related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, counseling, or student enrollment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with candidates and students
  • Familiarity with hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
