Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, proactively source top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate. Your efforts will align with business needs, helping the organization attract the right talent to drive growth, achieve strategic goals, and support long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, along with resume screening and preliminary assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and define clear selection criteria.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Oversee background verification processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely completion.
  • Facilitate onboarding and pre-boarding by coordinating with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
  • Enhance candidate experience by addressing queries and providing regular updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and promoting the company’s employer value proposition.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes by analyzing performance metrics, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Experience in employer branding activities, including campus hiring and job fairs, is a plus.
