Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-caliber talent across various channels, including job boards, social platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent needs and goals.
• Maintain a proactive approach to industry developments, leveraging insights and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment techniques to continuously optimize sourcing and hiring processes for quality and efficiency.
• Champion the company’s employer brand to attract top talent, creating an engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience in IT Hiring.
• Candidates with prior experience hiring for niche technology roles such as Network, Protocol, and Datacom Developers, QA professionals, and Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) specialists will be highly preferred.
• Educational Preference: B.Tech and MBA
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal , written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
