Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions in BPO requirements especially in US Mortgage.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates for US Mortgage and other BPO Requirements.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of resources (candidates) at competitive rates.
Ensure effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree
Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in high-volume BPO recruitment

Knowledge of mortgage sector roles.
