Job Description

Profile - Talent Acquisition

Location - Mumbai, Ahmedabad

Experience - 2 years minimum

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the NBFC or BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Knowledge of the NBFC industry and its talent needs.
