Salary Slab: ₹3LPA to ₹5LPA

Industry: IT (Cybersecurity experience is a plus)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT domain. Exposure to cybersecurity hiring will be considered an added advantage.

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Sector 61, Gurgaon, and we are seeking someone who brings both strategic thinking and strong execution skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle – from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and desired candidate profiles

Source candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.

Maintain an effective pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the process

Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding support

Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for weekly/monthly hiring reviews

Keep up with industry hiring trends, especially in IT and cybersecurity domains

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT sector

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Good understanding of technical profiles and IT hiring tools

Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines

Enthusiastic, people-oriented, and a team player
