Role Summary:

We are hiring a BDM – Government Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue government business opportunities via tenders, GEM, and RFPs
• Manage end-to-end bidding, documentation, and proposal submission
• Work closely with OEMs and internal technical teams for solution positioning
• Handle empanelment and relationship building with key govt. stakeholders
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets from govt. accounts

Requirements:

• 8–12 years in govt. IT sales, preferably with a system integrator or OEM partner
• Hands-on experience with

  GEM, RFPs, and public procurement

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of networking/cybersecurity products (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) is a plus
