Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition and be able to source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking . Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws . Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource, BBA, Bachelor's degree, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
