Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Pune. You'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive Paytm's growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs - Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent insights - Manage job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
