Talent Acquisition Executive || Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. 2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. 3. Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting to attract top talent. 4. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates suitability. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 6. Maintain candidate pipelines for urgent and future hiring needs. 7. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. 8. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and generate hiring status reports. 9. Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality sales talent in the health insurance domain. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). 2. Experience: 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail sales hiring within BFSI, Health /Life insurance, or related industries. 3. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruiting techniques, and sales role requirements. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
